Centrally located with clean, spacious accommodations. Limited natural light in the room was a downside.

The Executive Suite was a dream! Perfectly clean and comfortable. Manolo was an absolute gem, making sure we had everything we needed. Getting a late checkout felt like hitting the jackpot!
The only hiccup? !

The air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure in the shower stood out as commendable for a place in such a historic area.
The suite had significant drawbacks, like the cramped bathroom—if you sat on the toilet, your knees were practically touching the wall. The small windows couldn’t open, allowing street dust to gather, and the shared kitchen was more of a decoration than a usable facility. The beds felt old and worn, while the towels were scratchy at best. To top it off, there’s no elevator, making lugging baggage up three flights of stairs a bit of a chore.

the air conditioning was the only thing keeping me from melting in my tiny, suffocating room. And can we talk about the toilet? knees against the wall is not my idea of luxury. I almost wrote a glowing review, but the lack of any special treatment leaves me outraged. I guess I’m just another number here.

missingWrote a review on Jul 23vibrant locationhelpful staffstreet noiselack of elevatorcramped spaces
The energy around the location is vibrant, making it easy to explore popular sites on foot, with a metro just a short walk away. The shared kitchen was a nice bonus for enjoying coffee and quick snacks. Cleanliness was taken seriously, but noise from the street sometimes disrupted the tranquility. Despite having spacious accommodations, the lack of an elevator made moving luggage a hassle, and some areas felt cramped, specifically in the shared spaces.

great location but minor sound issues
The location is prime, making it easy to explore all major attractions. The suite was beautifully designed with an impressive large bathroom. Personal touches like daily coffee and tea availability added charm to our stay.
There were occasional noises from the street, which interrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

Thank you to Manolo for being such a great host! The cleaning of the apartment was done extremely well, which is important to me. The location is perfect! It's extremely central—only a 5-minute walk to the Spanish Steps and a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The room was spacious, and I loved how large the bathroom was. Manolo also arranged a late checkout for us, which we greatly appreciated.
Only thing was that you don’t get any daylight inside.
